How clients pay you

Deposits go to your own payment links; CaterKit never touches the money.

CaterKit records what is owed and what has been paid. It does not process payments. We never touch client funds. That is a promise, not just a limitation.

You get paid the way you already do. Add your own links under Settings, Payment links: Venmo, Zelle, a Stripe or PayPal link, whatever you use.

Those links show up on the client page after a quote is accepted, so clients pay you directly. The money goes to your account, never through us.

When a payment comes in, record it on the event’s Money screen. CaterKit updates the balance and keeps your totals straight.

Leave the links empty if you would rather just tell clients you will follow up. The quote still sends fine.

Be first through the door.

The day CaterKit opens, photograph tonight's menu and send a costed, client-ready quote before the kitchen's clean — and the founding offer opens to you first. Leave your email and we'll tell you the moment it's live.
